The breakfast included a waffle machine. This allowed guests to make their own waffles. The hotel was generally nice. Rooms were decent. They provided adequate space and amenities. I found the staff friendly and helpful .

I noticed worn areas in the common areas. I also saw some stains.

seamless process good selection broken air con no urgency

The check in and check out process was seamless! the customer service was lovely. breakfast had a good selection of food and drink. It was modern and very clean.

Our air con didn't work. We highlighted it to the team when we arrived. they attempted to fix it but nothing happened. the room was red hot at night and there was no urgency to provide what was expected..

breakfast option friendly staff excellent shower hotel parking room ventilation open window

The breakfast was good. It had several options available. Friendly staff provided excellent service. Rooms and public areas had cleanliness. The shower worked excellent.

The hotel parking cost £20 per night. A multi-story car park across the road cost less. The room lacked ventilation and the window didn't open. This made it stuffy.
